He noted that the talks had further clarified the cooperation framework regarding harmonization of technical standards, data connectivity, and mutual recognition of traceability systems. This represents a crucial step in implementing the spirit of bilateral food safety cooperation, will accelerate the launch of pilot projects, bring more green and reliable Brazilian agricultural products into the Chinese market, and contribute technical strength to China-Brazil trade based on mutual trust.

This meeting marks an important initiative to deepen China-Brazil cooperation in the field of agricultural product traceability. By adopting GS1 global standards and integrating them with Brazil's "Green Passport" system, both sides are committed to building an end-to-end traceable supply chain from farm to table, providing safer and higher-quality products for consumers in both countries.

Through this meeting, GS1 China leveraged technical services to facilitate diplomatic efforts, expanded China’s influence, and contributed to the development of mutual trust in China-Brazil trade.
