On November 17, 2025, Minister Luo Wen of the State Administration for Market Regulation met with Mr. Hem Vanndy, Minister of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

The two sides agreed to deepen cooperation on food safety regulations, metrology, standardization and conformity assessment to facilitate bilateral trade.
