Recently, the APLMF Electric Vehicle Charging Facility Metrology Seminar was successfully held in Changsha, Hunan. 17 foreign experts from 13 economies in the Asia Pacific region and more than 30 Chinese experts participated.

The seminar focused on the pain points and international trends in the development of electric vehicle charging facilities. Delegates from each participating economy shared their regulatory models, technical specifications, and future development plans for electric vehicle charging facilities. The seminar adopted a three-dimensional discussion mode of "special lectures+practical exercises+Q&A review", organizing group practical exercises, relying on multiple physical charging devices to simulate the complete on-site measurement and verification process. After the meeting, practical review and Q&A were carried out in a centralized manner, effectively improving the practical ability and technical consensus of Chinese and foreign participants.

Through the discussion, we have further consolidated consensus and provided important support for unifying the measurement technology and regulatory rules of electric vehicle charging facilities in the Asia Pacific region, promoting the "soft connectivity" of measurement rules in the Asia Pacific region, and assisting the international coordinated development of the new energy vehicle industry.
